Our practice operates out-of-network, meaning we do not participate directly with insurance plans. We are happy to provide a superbill after every session so that you can file it with your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement.

While we don’t submit out-of-network claims for clients, we will provide a receipt with all required details so you can easily use your out-of-network benefits with your insurance.

Our team is happy to join you for IEP, 504, IRS, re-entry meeting, or parent–teacher meetings. We can help communicate your child’s most recent testing results and clarify the supports or accommodations needed in school. This service is billed at your therapist’s hourly rate, including travel time over 15 minutes.

We welcome collaboration with the other professionals supporting your child. We can connect with other service providers outside of our office. This includes any of the following service providers in order to ensure a coordinated approach of treatment. This also includes any letters prepared as well as needed  file review(s) needed to create the requested documentation.

Standard sessions are 50 minutes. Your initial intake session may run up to 90 minutes so we can gather history and develop a treatment plan. We will coordinate the timing of your intake appointment with you ahead of your appointment.
